Raw Material Purchase: Start with obtaining quality quartz from established vendors. This material will form the base of your quartz slabs.

Relationship with Vendors: Maintain close ties with your raw material vendors to provide and maintain quality along with the continuity of supplies.

Grinding and Blending: The raw quartz is broken into pieces. They are mixed along with resin, colors, and additives in the desired quantities.

Molding: The mixture is filled into molds that form the slabs. The shape and size of the mold can be different depending on the desired dimensions of the slabs.

Compaction and Curing: The mixture in the molds undergoes a process of vacuum vibrocompression to drive out air pockets and compact the material. This is followed by curing the slabs in a high-temperature oven to harden the resin.

Polishing: After curing the slabs, they are polished to the desired finish. This could be from high-gloss to matte finish, depending on the requirement of the customer.

Inspection: All slabs are checked for uniformity in terms of color, texture, and quality. Defects or imperfections are spotted and rectified.

Testing: Slabs are tested for strength, stain resistance, and heat resistance to conform to industry standards.

Cutting: Slabs are trimmed to size according to customer order or stock sizes for inventory. Cutting may require the use of precision cutting tools to obtain exact sizes.

Edge Profiling: The edges of the slabs can be shaped or profiled to customer requirements, including straight edges, beveled edges, or bullnose profiles.

Packaging: Finished slabs are packed with care to avoid damage while in transit. This is often done using protective materials like foam sheets, wooden crates, or pallets.

Labeling: Slabs are labeled with the necessary information such as dimensions, color, and batch number.

Storage: Slabs are stored in a controlled environment to preserve their quality until they are due for shipping.

Order Processing: Processing of orders is done according to customer specifications. This involves checking details of the order, payment confirmation, warehousing of the slabs, and shipping preparation.

Transportation: The slabs are transported on trucks or containers. The slabs are carefully secured to prevent shifting in transit.

Delivery: The slabs are delivered at the customer's site. According to the agreement, delivery can involve unloading and setting at the site.

Site Preparation: Where your company provides installation, the installation crew prepares the ground by leveling the surfaces and having them ready for the slabs.

Installation: Slabs are precisely placed and anchored into position, paying special attention to alignment and joints without any gaps.

Finishing Touches: Final tweaks are applied, such as sealing the edges and washing the surface to bring out the glossy finish.

Customer Service: Offer post-sales service, such as answering queries, handling any problem with the slabs, and providing maintenance advice.

Warranty: Provide warranties on your slabs to ensure that customers are convinced of their strength and quality.

Showroom Display: Showcase your slabs in a showroom or virtual portfolio to catch the eye of potential customers.

Sales Channels: Establish alliances with architects, builders, and interior designers to create more sales channels.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to gain insight into their experience and areas where improvements can be made.

Continuous Improvement: Utilize the feedback to optimize your processes, improve product quality, and develop new designs or features.

Raw Material Procurement: Begin by sourcing high-quality quartz from reliable suppliers. This material is the primary component of your quartz slabs.

Supplier Relationships: Establish strong relationships with your raw material suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply.

Crushing and Mixing: The raw quartz is crushed into smaller particles. These particles are then mixed with resin, pigments, and other additives to create a uniform mixture.

Molding: The mixture is poured into molds that shape the slabs. The mold size and shape can vary based on the required dimensions of the slabs.

Compaction and Curing: The mixture in the molds is subjected to a process of vacuum vibrocompression to remove air pockets and compact the material. This is followed by curing the slabs in an oven at high temperatures to solidify the resin.

Polishing: Once the slabs are cured, they are polished to achieve the desired finish. This can range from high-gloss to matte finishes, depending on customer preferences.

Inspection: Each slab is inspected for consistency in color, texture, and quality. Any defects or imperfections are identified and corrected.

Testing: Slabs may undergo various tests for durability, stain resistance, and heat resistance to ensure they meet industry standards.

Cutting: Slabs are cut to size based on customer orders or standard sizes for inventory. This process may involve using precision cutting tools to achieve exact dimensions.

Edge Profiling: The edges of the slabs can be shaped or profiled according to customer specifications, such as straight edges, beveled edges, or bullnose profiles.

Packaging: Finished slabs are carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation. This usually involves using protective materials such as foam sheets, wooden crates, or pallets.

Labeling: Each slab is labeled with relevant information, including dimensions, color, and batch number.

Storage: Slabs are stored in a controlled environment to maintain their quality until they are ready to be shipped.

Order Processing: Orders are processed based on customer requirements. This includes verifying the order details, confirming payment, and preparing the slabs for shipment.

Transportation: Slabs are loaded onto trucks or containers for delivery. Care is taken to ensure that the slabs are securely fastened to prevent movement during transit.

Delivery: The slabs are delivered to the customer's location. Depending on the agreement, this may include unloading and placement at the site.

Site Preparation: If your business offers installation services, the installation team prepares the site by ensuring the surfaces are level and ready for the slabs.

Installation: The slabs are carefully positioned and secured in place, with attention to alignment and seamless joints.

Finishing Touches: Final adjustments are made, including sealing the edges and cleaning the surface to reveal the polished finish.

Customer Service: Provide after-sales support, including answering questions, addressing any issues with the slabs, and offering maintenance tips.

Warranty: Offer warranties for your slabs to assure customers of their durability and quality.

Showroom Display: Display your slabs in a showroom or online portfolio to attract potential customers.

Sales Channels: Develop partnerships with architects, builders, and interior designers to expand your sales channels.

Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement.
